Yves Bieri has been involved in IT security for quite some time and works as security analyst for Compass Security since July 2019. He holds a master’s degree from ETH Zürich and is a member of the capture-the-flag (CTF) teams PPP and flagbot (ETH).
In his job, he mainly deals with the security analysis of web applications, external networks, cloud infrastructures and iOS applications. In his spare time, Yves often plays CTFs, focusing on binary exploitation.
